John and I don’t usually go out for Valentine’s day. This habit started back when we were dating. We both worked at a restaurant and obviously Valentine’s Day was a huge money maker for us, so there was no question that we would always work on Valentine’s and celebrate later. Even though we no longer work at the restaurant, we just never find ourselves fighting the crowds to get a table. I would much rather opt in for a Valentine’s dinner date at home that can be made together, like these sweet & savory crepes!
Listen up… I made Tacos that are both Crunchy and…..wait for…. Mini! Yes bite sized Crunchy Tacos and they are pure deliciousness! Trust me you are going to want to make these tonight and I can help.
Everyone always has a favorite Thanksgiving dish and mine, hands down, without a doubt, is my mom’s green bean casserole. Now I could conjure up some crazy story of how my great, great, great grandma was given this recipe carved in stone from an angel from the heavens, because its that good- but I have no clue. Heck it could have come from the back of a stove top stuffing box for all I know but it doesn’t matter to me. Its all I’ve known every Thanksgiving and I anticipate its greatness every year. And because I love it so much I wanted to share it with you. Its really easy and worth the effort.
