We had a fun little photoshoot for our picnic post on the blog and while we had the photographer we added a few pics to celebrate reaching 2000 followers on Instagram. John of course took his chance to be a diva in front of the camera, but I think the photos turned out great anyways!

Everyone always has a favorite Thanksgiving dish and mine, hands down, without a doubt, is my mom’s green bean casserole. Now I could conjure up some crazy story of how my great, great, great grandma was given this recipe carved in stone from an angel from the heavens, because its that good- but I have no clue. Heck it could have come from the back of a stove top stuffing box for all I know but it doesn’t matter to me. Its all I’ve known every Thanksgiving and I anticipate its greatness every year. And because I love it so much I wanted to share it with you. Its really easy and worth the effort.
